This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first information report is against unknown and neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioners nor the petitioners have been put on test identification parade and the only material is the confessional statement of the accused and the petitioners have also confessed. It is submitted that there is one more case against the petitioners.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1131 of 2015) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.
