The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 172 of 2013 arising out of Taraiya P.S. Case No. 142 of 2012 registered under Sections 307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Adhoc Addl. District and Sessions Judge, V, Chapra.

Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected on 10.01.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 26343 of 2013 taking into consideration the direct allegation of the petitioner to shot fire at the chest of the deceased, who succumbed to the said injury. Now, no any fresh ground has been raised on behalf of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50993 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 counsel for the petitioner to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected.
