Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There was love affair between the parties. Victim is major as the doctor has found her age to be 18 to 20 years old land he has not find sign of rape on her body.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. wherein she has made specific allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly got her seated on the motorcycle while kidnapping her, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which
