JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the petitioner is possessing the qualification of B.Ed. but the merit lists prepared by the respondents for the purposes of selection of guest teachers in Government/ Secondary/ Higher Secondary schools situated in different Zila Parishad, Municipal Bodies do not depict her qualification as M.A.,B. Ed. and the same only depicts that the petitioner is possessing the qualification of M.A., hence, the respondents be directed to consider her qualification as M.A., B. Ed. while considering her case.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3454 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 petitioner herein, I direct the respondent no.5 to take into account the qualification of M.A., B. Ed. being possessed by the petitioner, after proper verification of the same, while considering the case of candidates including the petitioner for the purposes of appointing guest teachers.

It is needless to state that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.5 annexing the present order whereupon the respondent no.5 shall take appropriate action.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
