The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that petitioners gave Garasi blow on the head of the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the impugned order injuries are shown to be simple in nature as also injury report also shown to be simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014.
