The petitioner has approached this Court for payment of admitted General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) deposited amount from the date of appointment of subscription till the date of retirement i.e. 30.06.1995 and other ancillary reliefs.

As the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this writ application has now become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
