The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janata Bazar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020 registered under Sections 341/323/324/354/504/379/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of the postmortem report, it is evident that father of the informant has received only one injury in the alleged occurrence, which was caused by hard and blunt substance, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 70 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
