Patna High Court CWJC No.15156 of 2016 dt.18-04-2017 2/2 cause of fellow work employees who are still working, in this Public Interest Litigation taking note of the nature of the grievance of the petitioners and the fact that it is a Public Interest Litigation with regard to a service matter, primarily a claim for equal work for equal wages is not made out. In view of the Supreme Court judgment in the case of Bholanath Mukherjee and others Vs. Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College and others- 2011 (5) SCC 464 and the Delhi High Court in the case of Forum of SC and ST Legislators and Parliamentarians Vs. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. and Anr.- W.P. (C) No. 1698/2017, decided on 27.02.2017, we are not inclined to go into the question in this Public Interest Litigation. The aggrieved person may have liberty to seek the benefit by individually ventilating the grievance.
