JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner is that she registered a sale deed in favor of another person instead of honouring the promise to execute sale deed in favour of the informant. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the dispute is primarily of civil nature, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the
