The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the IPC has been added.

In pursuance to the order dated 27.07.2022, status report of trial in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is reported that a petition under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge has been filed on behalf of accused persons namely Buddhu Bind, Subodh Bind and Jawahar Bind on 09.03.2022. It is further reported that the trial is likely to be concluded within one year.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9000 of 2022(5) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 for bail is rejected in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistate, Hilsa (Nalanda).

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
