2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant's daughter was married with co-accused, namely, Govind Kumar Sah and due to family dispute the petitioner and co-accused persons committed murder of her daughter.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has committed no offence. The petitioner is bhasur of the deceased and due to family dispute, he has falsely been made accused in this present case. The

There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.11.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
