2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, in which, learned Court below has taken cognizance under Section 420 of the I.P.C.

3. The allegation against petitioner is that he received a court notice in an Execution case related to a truck loan, taken by accused Sri Ram Singh. On examination of court records, it

No.11482 of 2026(5) dt.23-07-2026 2/3 was found that the complainant was falsely shown as guarantor on the basis of forged documents including a fake photograph and mobile number in collusion with officials of Shri Ram Transport Finance Limited. It is alleged that petitioner was an employee of Sri Ram Finance Co., who sanctioned the loan, causing wrongful loss to the complainant and wrongful gain to the borrower.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She further submits that from bare perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that alleged loan was sanctioned on 21.07.2009, whereas petitioner jointed Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. on 01.12.2009 and as such, at the time of sanctioning loan, petitioner was not posted in the finance company. Thus, petitioner neither cheated the complainant nor committed any fraud with him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the complainant/opposite party no. 2 opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner

No.11482 of 2026(5) dt.23-07-2026 3/3 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1145(C) of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
