2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 268 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190/191(3)/126(2)/103(1)/109(1) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Ramesh Mandal shot at the deceased Toksan Kumar in his head. Rajesh Mandal also fired on the informant which did hit him. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During investigation his name has come that he has participated in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st,
