Petitioner is the husband of deceased who died on account of external ante-mortem injury for which, there is no explanation.

It has been submitted on behalf petitioner that there happens to be absence of eyewitness, on account thereof, petitioner should be released on bail.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Because of the fact that injury sustained by the deceased, wife of petitioner, is not found duly explained at the end of petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected.
