JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned Senior counsel representing the Patna Municipal Corporation (for brevity 'the PMC') and the State.

2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for a direction to the respondent authorities to mutate a plot with a residential building situated at 30-A Sri Krishnapuri, Patna which was willed to the petitioner and his brother by his aunt (Chachi)

Patna High Court CWJC No.18937 of 2017(5) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 Srimati Sudha Roy who was the wife of the deceased uncle of the petitioner who was the original alottee to whom the said allotment was made by the Patna Improvement Trust.

The petitioner also prays for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled by virtue of the present writ application."

3. Mr. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, he took adjournment from the Court to file appropriate reply but despite best of the effort, could not contact the petitioner and in that background, liberty be granted to challenge the order passed by 'the PMC' before appropriate authority/tribunal.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
