The present application seeks review of the order dated 05.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 3126 of 2016.

On going through the order and after hearing both sides, in my view, the present review application does not merit to be allowed. The court assigned reasons for dismissal of the application in the said order. A re-hearing of the writ cannot be granted to the review petitioner.

Mr. Verma states that the petitioner would seek appropriate remedy as available in law.
