2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 251(2), 251(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, on 25.10.2025, son of informant, namely Kanhaiya Kumar, went missing and despite search, he was not found. On the next day, i.e. on 26.10.2025, dead body of Kanhaiya Kumar was recovered. Informant alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, kidnapped son of informant and killed him. The reason for the occurrence is that another son of informant,

No.10276 of 2026(6) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 namely Guddu Kumar, was assaulted by all the accused persons, including this petitioner and for the said occurrence, an F.I.R. was earlier lodged and the accused persons were threatening the deceased to withdraw the aforesaid case failing which he will have to face dire consequences. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation, gravity of offence and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
