Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 325, 354 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with the butt of the rifle causing injury at the head of the father of the informant as a result whereof he died. Others had also assaulted to the father of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2017.
Earlier prayer was refused by Annexure-1.
The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 29.05.2019 reveals that charges were framed on 18.08.2018, however, no prosecution witness has turned up as yet.

Considering the facts of the case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No.724 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
