JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.B.Roy Raman, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 23.07.2015 in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case no.200/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 C.L.A. Act, have prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It was alleged that the police conducted raid in a house, where it was found that three persons were sleeping and on search, beneath pillow, a country-made pistol was recovered. Besides this, some other articles were also recovered from the said house.

No.50761 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let petitioners, (i) Sri Bhagwan @ Sri Bhagwan Ram (ii) Sri Agindeo Ram @ Sudheer Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case no.200/2015.
