2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 145/2023 lodged on 27.03.2023 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against 10 named accused persons, including the present petitioner with an allegation of assaulting the informant and her husband and also her family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioner. The chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2023 having no criminal antecedent.

No.11009 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 Moreover, the similarly situated co-accused, namely, Archna Devi and Dharam Das have been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 and 30.08.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52082/2023 and 54710/2023 respectively.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
