JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 All the issues raised by the petitioner now remain settled. The cut off date fixed by the Hon'ble Apex Court for MBBS examination is 30th September of every year, however, this year it was extended till 7th October by a judicial direction. The admissions are long past over. The Court is not required to now go into reasons or otherwise.
In view of the above, relief with regard to admission or a direction in this regard cannot be issued.

Nihaal Ahamed v. Velammal Medical College Hospital & Research Institute and Ors. reported in (2016) 1 SCC 662. The occasion for grant of compensation has no foundation in this case.
