JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2025 In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- i) A mandamus commanding the respondent to dispose of the Representation dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure No.6) filed by the petitioners before the Anchal Adhikari, Shekhopur Sarai (Respondent No.3) by issuing up-to date digital rent receipt of lands situated in village Onama in the District of Sheikhpura over Khata No.731, Plot No.198, 199 and 200 Area 63 decimals.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after some argument submits that this case may be dispose of with the direction to the Anchal Adhikari - Shekhopur Sarai, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.4069 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 Sheikhpura, respondent no.3 to expedite the disposal of his pending representation dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure No.6).

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the pending representation dated 22.01.2025 expeditiously, preferably within three months.
