In pursuance to the order passed on the last date, showcause has been filed by the respondents, along with an amended order, passed on 26.02.2018, laying down the conditions for issuance of license.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the same is in order. It should be notified and brought into force in accordance with the provisions of law.
Let the State Government take steps for implementation and notification of the order for issuance of license in accordance with the amendment order, passed on 26.02.2018, within a period of one week.
Both the Contempt Applications stand disposed of with the
