JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Taking into consideration that the minor girl has been restored to her legal guardian and petitioner has been in custody since 19/08/2014 and chargesheet has now been submitted, let the petitioner Raja Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Babubarhi P S Case No. 35/13. One surety will be executed by a Government servant and another by a close blood relation.

Petitioner is prohibited from trying to establish any contact with the victim. If any evidence of the same comes, the privilege of bail so granted can be taken away.
