This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 341, 323, 308, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the informant, that he is not maintaining his wife and subjecting her to torture.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikarhata P.S. case No. 25/2015 (G.R. No. 2510/15) to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49694 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Bhojpur, Ara, subject to condition that petitioner will keep the victim with due dignity and pay maintenance worth Rs. 2000/- per month and shall not subject her to cruelty and any complaint by the victim for non fulfillment of the condition shall be a ground for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
