JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for removing the encroachment from the public land situated at Village-Mohammadpur, District-Siwan, and for making an enquiry, as to under what circumstance Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2020-21 has stood closed, however, during the interregnum period, the petitioner has died, hence the learned counsel for the deceased petitioner has sought liberty on behalf of such aggrieved persons who may like to agitate the subsisting cause of action, if any.

It goes without saying that the aggrieved persons are always at liberty to avail such remedies as are available under the law for redressal of their grievances.
