Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 279, 307, 354(B), 379, 506/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the back of the informant by means of iron rod. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
