JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is the driver of the ambulance and allegation against him is that he took away the ambulance and threatened the informant on mobile that he will not return the ambulance and in the aforesaid backdrop the present case has been registered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five
