Petitioner is in custody in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 271/18 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, the petitioner was apprehended while fleeing away from the place of occurrence where one cartoon wine was seized.

It is alleged that 194 liters of liquor was seized near the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the trade of liquor. He has no

Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge (Excise) Act, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018.
