JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 409/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against these petitioners is that they have obtained job on the basis of forged certificate. He further submits that the petitioners have resigned from their post.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7230 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 to the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.
