In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2015 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 814C of 2015) registered for offences under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report, it appears that the matter relates to land dispute.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2015 and still there is a Title Suit is going on between the parties. Earlier, there was a case before the Tribunal with regard to the same piece of land.

Razaur Rahman, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2015.
