Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court, as contained in Annexures-10 and 11. He submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna (Annexure-12).

If the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as contained in Annexures-10

Patna High Court CWJC No.19406 of 2017 dt.19-01-2018 2/2 and 11, then the respondents are under obligation to extend the similar benefit to the writ petitioner in view of the Litigation Policy, 2011 professed by the respondent State. The decision in this regard, if not already taken, must be taken within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
