The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 365, 370, 371 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner brought the son of informant for labour work at Delhi Metro and assured him to pay Rs. 8000/- p.m., but neither money had been given to him nor had returned his son.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The son of informant is of unsound mind and he himself left his house. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10823 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that victim (son of the informant) is still traceless, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
