Petitioner happens to be purchaser of the lands in question and is languishing in jail custody since 08.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and admittedly, the investigation of the aforesaid case in respect of the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51323 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 519 of 2012.
