The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.09.2019. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of Gautam Kumar and this petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation in this case is now complete, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the
