2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant was standing outside the house, co-accused Mukesh Kumar and Gautam Tufan came on motorcycle and fired on him, but missed and thereafter, they assaulted with butt of pistol, causing injury on the head of informant and when wife of informant came to save him, she was also assaulted by this petitioner and co-accused Gautam Toofan. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is own step son of petitioner and due to dispute relating to property, this false and concocted case has been lodged. The present case is counter blast of Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024. Learned counsel further submits that in order to grab the property, the informant, who is step son of petitioner, after death of his father has lodged this false case against petitioner and other family members. Similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 08.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51212 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024, subject to condition
