1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case no.1101 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 399, 402, 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving information about suspicious movement near the place of occurrence, it is stated that a raid was conducted. It is further stated that 15 accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught and various incriminating articles from different accused persons were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession, his being in custody for 5 months since 29.9.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case no.1101 of 2023 (G.R. no.5260 of 2023) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia.
