1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Upon perusal of the counter affidavit and the writ petition, it is evident that the matter pertains purely to a civil dispute between the bank
Patna High Court CWJC No.19306 of 2017(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 and the customer. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
3. If the petitioner has any grievance against the respondent bank, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
4. With the abovesaid observation, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
