Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/354/452/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act in connection with POCSO Case No. 36 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 16.04.2019. Report of the trial Judge reveals that prosecution evidence is already closed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14143 of 2020(3) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
