Patna High Court CWJC No.3496 of 2020(4) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 submits that instead of all the nominating/elected members in terms of the provisions of the statutes, only four members have been nominated/elected.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the B.N. Mandal University and other respondents are directed to take appropriate steps for nomination/election of the remaining members of the governing body at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
