====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh for the petitioner.

Perused the impugned order dated 21.06.2016 passed by Sub Judge III, Jamui in Title Suit No.136 of 2014. It appears that the court below has passed a reasoned order while rejecting the application filed by the petitioner. The court below on perusal of the application and after hearing of the argument came to the conclusion that in fact, the petitioner is trying to collect evidence in the garb of appointment of Pleader Commissioner.

In view of the above facts, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed.
