Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office be removed within four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 lodged under Sections 498(A), 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married Fua of the husband of the deceased. He further submits that the said married Fua is not residing at her Naihar rather she used to reside with her own family with his husband. He further submits that from the F.I.R. itself the informant categorically stated that it is a case of suicide in anger. He has further submitted that the charge-sheet has already

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts of the case that the petitioner is a lady and married Fua of the husband of the deceased and deceased has committed suicide in anger as well as considering the period of custody, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021.
