JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-05-2025 Perused the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the I.O. of Alamganj P.S. Case No.464 of 2023. In paragraph '4' and '5' of the counter affidavit, the following statements have been made:- "4. That thereafter, I.O. of this case has conducted inquiry about the name of petitioner and has obtained a certificate dated 26.10.2024 from Ward Councillor, Ward No.65, Patna Nagar Nigam, who has stated that Sahil Kumar @ Bimal Kumar, son of Shankar Prasad is resident of Machharhatta, P.S.-Khajekalan, District-Patna.
5. That in this connection, I.O. of this case has recorded the statement of independent witnesses Manoj Kumar and Mukul Kumar, who has also confirmed that Bimal Kumar @ Sahil Kumar is one and same person, who is resident of Machharahatta, P.S.-Khajekalan, District-Patna. But he lives with his maternal uncle Sonu Kumar, son of Mahendra Prasad, resident of Sakari Gali,

2. Mr. Md. Fahimuddin, learned APP for the State submits that the FIR named accused Bimal Kumar's another name is Sahil Kumar and he lives with his maternal uncle Sonu Kumar, son of Mahendra Prasad, resident of Sakari Gali, P.S.- Alamganj, District-Patna.
3. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, this Court directs that in the order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40858 of 2023 the alias name of petitioner no.2 'Bimal Kumar' be also added. The complete name of petitioner no.2 shall be read as 'Bimal Kumar @ Sahil Kumar', son of Shankar Prasad, Resident of Village-Machharhatta, P.S.-Khajekalan, DistrictPatna.
4. The petitioner shall surrender in the learned court below in the light of the order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40858 of 2023 and shall submit his bail bonds within four weeks from today whereafter he would be given the benefit of the said order.
