04. 13.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Simra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2012 (S.Tr. No. 425 of 2012/69 of 2013) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 447. 307, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad.

As per the Report of the S.P. Aurangabad, it appears that now all the witnesses have been examined and, therefore, this application appears to have become infructuous. The same is dismissed as such.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54774 of 2015 (4) dt.13-07-2016 However, it is clarified that even if the trial is not concluded within one month it would not entitle the Petitioner to grant of bail.
