2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of contempt proceeding against opposite parties who knowingly, deliberately and willfully flouted judicial order-dated 19.07.2018 in C.W.J.C. No.

13038 of 2018 Meera Kumari & Ors Versus

Patna High Court MJC No.699 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 The State of Bihar & Ors passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Singh 'J' whereby his lordships was pleased to disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13619 of 2016 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same shall be granted to the petitioner in the light of Clause 4(C) (1) of the State Litigation Policy.
