Stolen motorcycle as per seizure list has been recovered from the possession of petitioners and on account thereof, petitioner no.1 is under custody from the date of occurrence itself.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Karan Kumar @ Bhutkun Rai, Jitendra Rai @ Jitendra Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.
