First information report was registered against unknown persons and while investigation of this case was pending petitioners and three others were arrested with stolen vehicle and a separate case was registered against them. Petitioners and their associates got bail in the aforesaid case and one co-accused Deepak Kumar Sah has been released on bail by a coordinate bench of this court in the present case also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
