Regard being had to the allegation of an attempt to give a Dabia blow, which resulted in an injury simple in nature and considering the defence of serious land dispute between the brothers, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Saharsa in Bangaon P.S.Case No.46 of 2014.
