NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General. The petitioner retired from the post of Panchayat Secretary w.e.f. 28-02-2014 from Surajgardha Block, DistrictLakhisarai. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks payment of difference on account of revision in pursuance to the benefit to the 2nd ACP granted to him w.e.f. 02.07.2010 and pension be paid accordingly.

Considering the nature of relief claimed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10664 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, The Collector, Lakhisarai which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by a speaking order communicated to the petitioner by registered post. If any dues and interest is found admissible, the same shall be paid within one month thereafter.
