JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under section147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 448 and 504 of the Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting Ram Dev Sahani with farsa blow on his head causing simple injury. There is case and counter case. The accused side has also sustained injuries.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Chhatu Sahani is directed to be released on bail in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No.44 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
